Invite an Existing Customer to Wholster

To invite an existing customer to Wholster, and enable access on their account, please follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to Wholester Admin -> Customers, then click on your customers name in order to be brought to the customer overview page:

2. In the top section, you can enable catalog access for this customer using the “Dashboard Access” toggle switch.

3. Now that the customers account is enabled, you will need to send them an invite using the “Send Account Invite” button.

You customer will then receive an email containing a link to create their Wholester account:

The customer will then be brought to a page where they can set their password to use when logging in. The email address associated with their customer account is automatically set as their username:

After filling out the form, the customer will be brought to the login page, where they can enter their newly created account credentials. After logging in, they will be able to view your catalog, and start creating orders.
