Does Canceling an Order Automatically Issue a Refund?
The ‘cancellation’ and ‘refunding’ of Wholster orders are disassociated actions.
Canceling an order will not refund an order, it simply changes that order status, but doesn’t effect the financial state of the order.
If you are looking to cancel and refund an order, you would complete both actions separately.
To cancel the order, you can do this by going into the order page in Wholster and selecting the Cancel Order option.
To refund the order (and restock inventory items if necessary), you would do this at the invoice level. Go to the relevant invoice that is associated with the order and select the Issue Refund option.
