Assigning Customers to Sales Reps

Individual customers can be assigned to specific Sales Representatives within Wholster.

There are two ways to assign an individual customer to a Sales Rep.

The first is to assign straight from the Customer queue. Go to Customers –> Select the Customer –> Select the dropdown option –> Choose ‘Assign to Rep’.

The second way to do this is to go into the individual customer page, and find the Sales Reps option. Choose Manage.

Then choose from the list of Sales Reps that you would like to assign to this customer.
